From June 23-26 the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes (EADI) will host its 14th General Conference in Bonn, Germany. The theme of this years conference is: “Responsible Development in a Polycentric World: Inequality, Citizenship and the Middle Classes”.
I will be participating in a panel on Thursday, June 26th (9am, room S9/S11) entitled, Accountability and Development Effectiveness: Assessing the Linkages. At this time, I will present first results from my survey of Heads of Development Cooperation. The paper I will present is entitled: ‘When do Foreign Aid Donors use Political Conditionality?’.
