Next week, I’ll be presenting a new paper entitled ‘Why do Donor Agencies Suspend Foreign Aid?’ at the American Political Science Association (APSA) Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. The paper presents early results from my survey of donor officials. The panel, which is entitled ‘Foreign Aid and Donor-Decision Making’, will take place on Saturday, August 30th at 11:30. It looks to be a great panel with several interesting presenters all working on aid selectivity and political conditionality in foreign aid.
